A violência doméstica sendo um fenómeno social complexo que afeta uma grande percentagem da nossa população, pode ser examinado de diversas formas.
O presente projeto de graduação visa contribuir para o estudo das agressões sexuais no crime de violência doméstica e de que modo é que estas agressões afetam a vida da vítima, por isso, terá uma amostra de dez mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica que mantenham ou tenham mantido uma relação heterossexual da qual tenham sido agredidas sexualmente. Tendo este estudo por base uma revisão bibliográfica, é abordado ao longo deste projeto o conceito de violência doméstica, o conceito de agressão sexual, o enquadramento legal destes crimes e as consequências para a vítima.
The domestic violence being a complex social phenomenon that affects a large percentage of our population, can be examined in various ways. This graduation project aims to contribute to the study of sexual assaults in the crime of domestic violence and how is that these attacks affect the victim's life, so we will have a sample of ten women victims of domestic violence to keep or have kept a heterosexual relationship which they have been sexually assaulted. Having this study based on a literature review, is approached throughout this project the concept of domestic violence, the concept of sexual assault, the legal framework of these crimes and the consequences for the victim.
