Abstract(s)
O presente projecto intitula-se “Prevenção das consequências dos maus-tratos em crianças e jovens”. A escolha do tema em estudo deve-se a intenção de aprofundar a problemática dos maus-tratos, mostrar as consequências que ocorrem no desenvolvimento das crianças e jovens a nível fisiológico e perturbações nas relações de vinculação.
Divide-se em duas etapas, inicialmente possui uma pesquisa bibliográfica em que se pretende dar a conhecer algumas das teorias explicativas dos maus – tratos em crianças e jovens e simultaneamente compreender de que forma esta problemática poderá desenvolver algumas consequências nas crianças e jovens vítimas de maus-tratos. Numa segunda fase deste projecto, encontram-se planificados algumas estratégias de prevenção, através das quais se pretende combater os maus – tratos.
Desta forma, tenta-se agir no sentido de prevenir as possíveis consequências originadas pelos maus-tratos, havendo um reforço dos factores de protecção e combatendo-se assim este fenómeno em constante desenvolvimento.
