O fenómeno de crianças em situação de perigo é um fenómeno global, de maneira que, todas as crianças estão suscetíveis a serem vítimas de maus-tratos, negligência, abusos físicos, entre outras formas de violência. Nisto, os papéis da família, do Estado e da sociedade, constituem-se como grandes suportes para a efetiva proteção dos menores. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal perceber o fenómeno do sistema de proteção de menores em Angola, com vista a avaliar a sua adequabilidade, proporcionalidade e eficácia nas situações de perigo vivenciadas pelas crianças em contexto angolano. Para a realização deste estudo, propõe-se a utilização do método qualitativo, por intermédio de entrevista semiestruturada, dirigida à profissionais das áreas associadas à proteção de menores em Angola. Como resultado da pesquisa, pretende-se a obtenção de conteúdos que servirão para a análise do referido estudo, permitindo assim, alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos e por fim, propor soluções.
The phenomenon of children in distress is a global phenomenon, so that all children are susceptible to abuse, neglect, physical abuse, among other forms of violence. In this, the role of the family, the state and society constitute major supports for the effective protection of minors. In this sense, the present work aims to understand the phenomenon of the system of protection of minors in Angola, with a view to assessing its suitability, proportionality and effectiveness in the situations of danger experienced by children in the Angolan context. To carry out this study, it is proposed to use the qualitative method, through semi-structured interviews, addressed to professionals in the areas associated with the protection of minors in Angola. As a result of the research, it is intended to obtain contents that will serve for the analysis of this study, thus allowing to achieve the established objectives and finally propose solutions.
