Abstract(s)
A proposta de estudo aqui presente, pretende retratar o panorama sobre o “Crime
de Condução em Estado de Embriaguez”, sendo a mesma apresentada à Faculdade de
Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Fernando Pessoa do Porto, sendo parte
integrante do 1º ciclo da licenciatura em Criminologia, com o objectivo para a obtenção
do grau de licenciado.
Tem como principal objectivo traçar e identificar o perfil do individuo que por
norma, comete o crime em causa.
Este estudo seria feito através da administração de inquéritos elaborado pelo
investigador para uma determinada população alvo.
A escolha deste tema para a elaboração do estudo, surge após ter concluído o
estágio integrado na licenciatura em criminologia que decorreu na Policia Municipal do
Porto.
Uma vez que este órgão não tem qualquer tipo de ligação a este crime, seria
então uma mais-valia para a PMP, perceber o fenómeno em causa, possibilitando assim
uma melhor percepção do mesmo e podendo assim juntar o conhecimento de três
fenómenos distintos, que é o funcionamento da PMP, o de conhecimentos adquiridos
em sala de aula durante três anos da licenciatura e de revisão da literatura nacional e
internacional.
The proposed study here present, seeks to portray the panorama of the "Crime of Driving in State of Drunkenness", being the same presented to the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Fernando Pessoa University of Porto, and is part of the 1st cycle of the Criminology degree, in order to obtain the graduate degree. It aims to trace and identify the individual’s profile that normally commits the crime in question. This study would be done by administering prepared surveys by the researcher for a certain target. The theme choice for the elaboration of the study comes after completing the integrated internship in the Criminology degree, that took place in Porto’s Municipal Police. Since this entity does not have any kind of connection to this crime, it would be an asset to the PMP, to understand the phenomenon in cause, thus enabling a better understanding of it and being able to join the knowledge of the three distinct phenomena, which is the operation of the PMP, the acquired knowledge in the classroom during the three years of the Criminology Degree and the review of the national and international literature.
