| dc.description.abstract | Cet essay a par objectif d’analyser les changements causés par les nouvelles technologies, qui touchen le nouvel ordre mondial d’une façon en générale et ce du Brésil en particulier. Ce travail est basé sur la recherche Culture et Communication: l’effet des nouvelles technologies (TV, Internet) dans les communautés rurales du Rio Grande do Sul (Sud du Brésill) (1985-2005) et il est partagé en quatre parties: nouvelle réalité, nouvelles théories ; en politisant l’Internet ; l’Internet et le Brésil e, à la fin, de l’homme au discurs. Dans la première sont analysées la nouvelle réalité et des théories sur les nouveaux médias ; dans la seconde, l’on parle de l’action politique véhyculée par l’Internet et les tentatives de contrôler ce nouveau média ; dans la troisième l’on étude le cas brésilien par rapport aux internautes ; à la dernière, l’on retourne aux conquêtes et aux théories qui basent ce nouveau média. This paper aims to analyze changes caused by new technologies, which affect the international order in general, and Brazil’s order in particular. The work is based on the research Culture and Communication: the effect of new technologies (TV, Internet) in rural communities from Rio Grande do Sul (South of Brazil) (1985-2005), and it is divided into four parts: new reality and new theories, politicizing internet, internet and Brazil, and finally from man to speech. In the first part new reality and theories are analyzed once they deal with new media; the second part is about the policy action propagated through the internet and attempts to control this new media; the third part studies the Brazilian case related to internet users; lastly, it returns to the conquers and theories that base this new media. O presente ensaio tem por objetivo analisar as mudanças ocasionadas pelas novas tecnologias, que afetam a ordem internacional de uma forma geral e a do Brasil em particular. O trabalho baseia-se na pesquisa Cultura e Comunicação: o efeito das novas tecnologias (TV, Internet) nas comunidades rurais do RS (1985-2005), e se divide em quatro partes: nova realidade e novas teorias, politizando a Internet, a Internet e o Brasil e, por fim, do homem ao discurso. Na primeira se analisam a nova realidade e teorias que tratam das novas mídias; na segunda se trata da ação política veiculada pela Internet e as tentativas de controle dessa nova mídia; na terceira se estuda o caso brasileiro em relação aos internautas; por último, retorna-se às conquistas e às teorias que embasam a nova mídia. | por |
