As exigĆŖncias estĆ©ticas por parte da sociedade, mas tambĆ©m a evoluĆ§Ć£o e otimizaĆ§Ć£o
das propriedades das resinas compostas e o desenvolvimento das tƩcnicas de
restauraƧƵes dentarias, justificam o interesse que estas suscitam nos mƩdicos dentistas.
O objetivo deste trabalho Ć© descrever uma tĆ©cnica de estratificaĆ§Ć£o com resina
composta em dentes anteriores, a tƩcnica do Natural Layering Concept, atravƩs de um
caso clĆnico envolvendo uma restauraĆ§Ć£o direta classe IV do dente 21.
Foram utilizados para a restauraĆ§Ć£o a resina composta HerculiteTM XRV (Kerr), com
uma tonalidade A3 para o esmalte e uma tonalidade A3,5 para a dentina, e um adesivo
Etch & Rinse OptiBondTM Solo Plus (Kerr).
Aesthetic dental restorations on anterior teeth are a frequent reason for consultation in the daily practice of dental medicine. The aesthetic requirements of society, but also the evolution and optimization of the properties of composite resins and the development of techniques of dental restorations, justify the interest that they arouse in dentists. The objective of this work is to describe a technique of stratification with composite resin in anterior teeth, the technique of the Natural Layering Concept, through a clinical case involving a direct restoration class IV of the tooth 21. The composite resin HerculiteTM XRV (Kerr), with an A3 shade for the enamel and a shade A3,5 for dentin, and an Etch & Rinse OptiBond ā¢ Solo Plus (Kerr) adhesive were used for restoration.
