| dc.description.abstract | A presente Proposta de estudo pretende dar a conhecer a visão dos funcionários da Câmara Municipal da Trofa acerca do Julgado de Paz existente neste mesmo município, sendo apresentado à Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais da Universidade Fernando Pessoa como parte dos requisitos para a obtenção do grau de licenciada em Criminologia. Este projeto tem como principal objetivo analisar melhor a o conhecimento dos funcionários da Câmara Municipal acerca do Julgado de Paz, como meio alternativo de resolução de litígios, uma vez que o Julgado de Paz nasce de uma parceria entre as autarquias locais e o Ministério da Justiça. Para isso, a nossa proposta passaria por investigar o tema, sendo que numa primeira fase, os funcionários responderiam a um inquérito, elaborado para o efeito, no qual se analisariam os seus conhecimentos atuais e as suas perceções, acerca do Julgado de Paz da Trofa, nomeadamente as competências do mesmo. A escolha do tema acontece depois de ter feito um estágio no Julgado de Paz, no qual percebi que alguns funcionários da autarquia responsável não sabiam bem quais eram os pressupostos de um Julgado de Paz, e esse contacto direto com a situação foi o mote para a elaboração desta proposta de estudo. Portanto, pretende-se aliar a aprendizagem do estágio realizado no Julgado de Paz da Trofa com a aprendizagem adquirida em contexto de sala de aula, de modo a informar a todos da Justiça alternativa que tão perto está de nós e da qual podemos beneficiar. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present Study Proposal intends to show the point of view of the City Council of Trofa employees about the existing Justice of the Peace on the Trofa county, which will be presented to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University Fernando Pessoa as part of the requirements for the degree of licensed in Criminology, under the guidance of Professor Doctor Pedro Cunha. The main objective of this project is to understand the knowledge of the City Council employees about the Justice of the Peace as an alternative means of conflict resolutions, since the Justice of the Peace is the product of a partnership between local authorities and the Ministry of Justice. Therefore, the proposal would be to investigate the subject, primarily through a survey to the employees, in which it would be analysed their current perceptions about the Justice of the Peace of Trofa, as a alternative means of disputes resolutions and their skills. The choice of this theme is the result of my experience on the internship at the Justice of the Peace, where I noticed that some employees of the local authority didn’t quite know what were the assumptions of the Justice of the Peace and the direct contact with this situation was the starting point for the development of this project. Therefore, it intends to combine the academic stage learning, which took place at the Justice of the Peace of Trofa, with the learning acquired in the classroom, in order to inform everyone of this alternative justice that is so close to us and which we can benefit. | pt_PT |
