Abstract(s)

Diversas têm sido as tentativas de explicação da agressão nos seres humanos. neste artigo pretende-se destacar algumas das perspectivas teóricas mais relevantes, agrupadas segundo a interpretação que adoptam do agente causador (berkowitz, 1993). estas posições teóricas tentaram trazer compreensão sobre as causas prováveis da agressividade, para permitirem explicar, prever e, potencialmente, modificar o comportamento agressivo. There have been several attempts of explanation of the aggression in the human beings. In this article it is intended to detach some of the most significant theoretical perspectives, grouped according to interpretation that they present of the causing agent (berkowitz, 1993). These theoretical positions try to bring knowledge about the probable causes of the aggressiveness,in order to explain, to foresee and, potentially, to modify the aggressive behavior.
