Abstract(s)
Formulou-se principal objetivo de estudo: analisar a problemática da terapia anti-TNF na Doença Inflamatória Intestinal (DII).
Para tal utilizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa de natureza bibliografia e descritiva, com a aplicação de um conjunto de 50 artigos sobre o tema de estudo.
Entendeu-se estabelecer alguns objetivos específicos, nomeadamente, identificar os be-nefícios do uso da terapia biológica através da administração de anticorpos anti-TNF, determinar quais as condições em que esta terapia é aconselhada e identificar os efeitos adversos associados a esta terapia biológica.
All research is based on the existence of a problem and the quest for its solutions .... The main objective of this study was to review the current literature about the use of anti-TNF therapy in Inflammatory Bowel Disease. A qualitative and descriptive methodology was used, with the consultation of a set of 50 articles on the topic of study. In this work, I was able to identify the benefits of using biological therapy with anti-TNF antibodies, the conditions for its administration and also to identify associated ad-verse effects.
