| dc.description.abstract | O objetivo principal desta revisão de literatura é esclarecer e contribuir com alternativas para a recuperação dos tecidos ósseo e mucogengival, a fim de restabelecer a devida função e estética. Entre as inúmeras alternativas para este fim, encontra-se a técnica de distração osteogénica alveolar (DOA). Esta técnica permite a recuperação dos tecidos a partir da formação e proliferação celular do doente. Este diferencial acarreta vantagens como evitar enxertos, com o recurso a determinados biomateriais, e ultrapassar defeitos ósseos de grandes dimensões. Efectivamente, não só, diminui o número de intervenções cirúrgicas, mas também, pode ser uma possível solução para reabilitação protética de implantes mal posicionados. Sendo assim, o uso desta técnica na implantologia é de todo relevante, para poderemos diagnosticar e solucionar muitas decisões clínicas. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of this literature review is to clarify and contribute with alternatives for the recovery of bone and mucogingival tissues, in order to restore proper function and aesthetics. Among the many alternatives for this purpose is the technique of alveolar osteogenic distraction (DOA). This technique allows the recovery of tissues from the formation and cellular proliferation of the patient. This differential entails advantages such as avoiding grafts, with the use of certain biomaterials, to overcome large bone defects. In fact, not only does the number of surgical interventions decrease, but also, it may be a possible solution for prosthetic rehabilitation of poorly positioned implants. Therefore, the use of this technique in implantology is very relevant, so that we can diagnose and solve many clinical decisions. | pt_PT |
