Este projeto tem como objetivo apresentar um Plano de Marketing para a empresa FIXPAÇOS, com sede em Paços de Ferreira. Uma empresa de comércio e distribuição de parafusos, materiais de fixação, material elétrico, ferramentas e utensílios.
Este Plano de Marketing tem como objetivos principais aumentar a reputação e o reconhecimento da marca, aumentar o volume de vendas em 10% relativamente ao ano anterior e atingir um nível de satisfação dos clientes superior a 95%. Para tal, é necessário aprofundar o que é o marketing e analisar vários modelos de Planos de Marketing de forma a chegar a uma conclusão, ou seja, chegar a um modelo final com os pontos em comum em cada Plano de Marketing. Assim, o Plano de Marketing desenvolvido para a FIXPAÇOS apresenta um sumário executivo, uma análise da situação, oportunidades e ameaças do mercado, objetivos do plano, estratégias de marketing, planos de ação, orçamento e por fim, controlo. Foram definidas várias estratégias e planos de ação tendo em conta os objetivos definidos.
No meu ponto de vista, considero um tema muito importante e muito alargado na minha área de Ciências Empresariais, com mais foco na Gestão visto que o Marketing está em constante evolução e presente nas nossas vidas todos os dias sendo uma das ferramentas mais poderosas que as empresas hoje em dia podem possuir.
This project aims to present a Marketing Plan for the company FIXPAÇOS, based in Paços de Ferreira. A company that trades and distributes screws, fastening materials, electrical equipment, tools and utensils. The main objectives of this Marketing Plan are to increase the reputation and recognition of the brand, increase sales volume by 10% compared to the previous year and achieve a level of customer satisfaction greater than 95%. To do so, it is necessary to deepen what marketing is and analyze various models of Marketing Plans in order to reach a conclusion, that is, to arrive at a final model with the points in common in each Marketing Plan. Thus, the Marketing Plan developed for FIXPAÇOS presents an executive summary, a situation analysis, market opportunities and threats, plan objectives, marketing strategies, action plans, budget and finally, control. Several strategies and action plans were defined taking into account the defined objectives. From my point of view, I consider it a very important and very broad topic in my area of Business Sciences, with more focus on Management since Marketing is in constant evolution and present in our lives every day, being one of the most powerful tools that companies today can possess.
