Abstract(s)
O presente Projeto de Graduação centra-se na análise da relação droga-crime nos reclusos portugueses a cumprir pena de prisão por crimes relacionados com droga, seja por consumo ou por tráfico, propondo-se a realização de um estudo quantitativo. Assim, tem-se como objetivo central a análise da relação entre os consumos e os crimes cometidos pela amostra, com base na história da vinculação social, do consumo de drogas, da atividade desviante e do contacto com o controlo social formal do recluso, entre outros fatores de risco. De uma forma mais específica, pretende-se: i) caracterizar as trajetórias desviantes dos reclusos de acordo com a tipologia dos autores referidos; ii) identificar os fatores de risco mais prevalentes na amostra; e iii) determinar diferenças entre a amostra escolhida e as amostras de outros estudos referidos ao longo de toda a revisão da literatura.
Para tal, será administrado um inquérito suportado pela técnica de questionário, aos reclusos a cumprir pena em estabelecimentos prisionais portugueses, neste caso, na zona norte.
This graduation project focuses on the analysis of the drug-crime relationship in Portuguese prisoners serving prison sentences for drug-related crimes, whether for consumption or trafficking, proposing to carry out a quantitative study. Thus, the central objective is to analyze the relationship between consumption and crimes committed by the sample, based on the history of social ties, drug consumption, deviant activity and contact with formal social control of the inmate, among other risk factors. More specifically, the aim is to: i) characterize the deviant trajectories of inmates according to the typology of the aforementioned authors; ii) identify the most prevalent risk factors in the sample; and iii) determine differences between the chosen sample and samples from other studies mentioned throughout the literature review. To this end, a survey supported by the questionnaire technique will be administered to inmates serving sentences in Portuguese prison establishments, in this case, in the north zone.
