Empreender no campo da saúde é um desafio dobrado, pois além de buscar a satisfação pessoal e o ganho financeiro, envolve também o « cuidar » do outro e este trabalho permite demonstrar um pouco disso.
O objectivo desta pesquisa busca saber se a criação de um empreendimento voltado para as terapias aplicadas aos autistas na região metropolitana de Belém/PA atende à perspectiva econômica de geração de novo negócio com retorno financeiro, geração de emprego, renda e desenvolvimento local; e social, melhorando a qualidade de vida dos atendidos.
A metodologia utilizada na investigação foi a de uma pesquisa exploratória, onde buscou-se formular diagnóstico sobre determinado fenômeno ou processo e a investigação foi realizada através metodologia de abordagem mista, onde foi construído o instrumento de investigação por base da estrutura mista tendo um viés quantitativo e qualitativo. Sendo criado pelo pesquisador 3 guiões de perguntas aplicadas ao público alvo.
O estudo permitiu concluir que a criação de um empreendimento desta natureza cumpre com seu objectivo económico de criação de emprego, renda e colabora com o desenvolvimento local, além do objectivo social de « acolher » a família e melhorar a qualidade de vida do autista.

The methodology used in the research was of an exploratory research, where we sought to formulate diagnosis about a particular phenomenon or process and the investigation was carried out through joint approach methodology, where was built the instrument of research based on mixed structure having a quantitative and qualitative bias. Being created by 3 scripts questions applied to the target audience. The study made it possible to conclude that the creation of a venture of this nature meets your goal of creation of employment, income and collaborates with local development, beyond the social objective of «welcome» family and improve the quality of life of autistic .
