This study aimed to perform a bibliography review to analyze the effects of Craniosacral Therapy (CST) in both cervical pain and headache of tensional origin, migraine and cervicogenic headache. The search was conducted in electronic databases: PubMed, PEDro data bases and Cochranelibrary, with no data restriction in the searches. The keywords selected for the search were: Craniosacral theraphy neck pain headache migraine and Cervicogenic Headache. Six studies were selected and included where the Pedro classification cannot be calculated. The results showed that CST showed to be a good treatment technique for the pathologies under study. The articles selected ranged from the single application of CST to the comparison between CST and, for example, Maitland Mobilization (MM). Significant results were found in the improvement of headaches and cervical pain during and after the treatment of CST. We can see that SSC can be applied depending on the experience of the therapist, however, it was not possible to make an association of the treatment dose because not all studies used the same dose and few studies had a validated and tested protocol.
