Abstract(s)
O Tráfico de Seres Humanos (TSH) tende a ser considerado como uma das formas mais graves de violência contra os direitos de qualquer ser humano. É um crime que se pode manifestar através de diferentes formas de exploração e através de diferentes fases.
Devido à sua complexidade, em diversos níveis, é um crime que apresenta uma elevada dificuldade de prova, devido aos inúmeros fatores que serão descritos ao longo do trabalho.
A realização de uma investigação focada na perceção dos Órgãos de Polícia Criminal (OPC’s) nos desafios de identificação de vítimas de TSH, constituiu-se precisamente como um dos fundamentos centrais do presente trabalho. Visou-se, assim, através de uma análise da literatura e de uma proposta de estudo, aprofundar conhecimentos sobre este fenómeno de grande complexidade.
Trafficking in Human Beings (THB) tends to be considered as one of the most serious forms of violence against the rights of any human being. It is a crime that can manifest itself through different forms of exploitation and through different stages. Due to its complexity, on several levels, it is a crime that presents a high difficulty of proof, due to the numerous factors that will be described throughout this work. The realization of research focused on the perception of the Police Force in the challenges of identifying victims of THB was precisely one of the foundations of this work. Thus, through an analysis of the literature and a study proposal, we aimed to deepen knowledge about this highly complex phenomenon.
