A gravidez representa um desafio emocional, social e físico significativo para a mulher, podendo gerar sentimentos de medo, insegurança e vulnerabilidade. Neste contexto, a atuação do enfermeiro torna-se fundamental, através da adoção de estratégias de apoio e intervenção que promovam o bem-estar da mulher e a adaptação à sua nova realidade.
Esta revisão sistemática foi realizada com o objetivo de compreender a importância das estratégias adotadas pelos enfermeiros para apoiar mulheres em situação de gravidez, identificando práticas eficazes que podem ser aplicadas no cuidado.
Os estudos incluídos demonstram que os enfermeiros recorrem a diversas abordagens, como o acolhimento empático, a escuta ativa, o aconselhamento individualizado, a educação em saúde e a articulação com redes de apoio. Verificou-se ainda que a formação específica em saúde sexual e reprodutiva contribui para uma atuação mais qualificada, sendo essencial promover competências da comunicação e culturais nos profissionais de enfermagem, de forma a responder às necessidades de cada mulher.

In this context, the role of nurses becomes essential, through the adoption of support and intervention strategies that promote women's well-being and adaptation to their new reality. This systematic review was conducted with the aim of understanding the importance of the strategies adopted by nurses to support women in situations of pregnancy, identifying effective practices that can be applied in care. The studies included demonstrate that nurses use various approaches, such as empathetic reception, active listening, individualized counseling, health education and coordination with support networks. It was also found that specific training in sexual and reproductive health contributes to a more developed performance, and it is essential to promote communication and cultural skills in nursing professionals, to respond to the needs of each woman.
