Abstract(s)
Objectivo: Determinar a eficácia dos programas “The11” e “The11+”na prevenção de lesões.
Metodologia: Pesquisa efectuada nas bases de dados Pubmed,PEDro e no motor de busca b-on para identificar artigos que avaliemos programas de prevenção de lesões, publicados num período restrito de 10 anos.
Resultados: Foram incluídos cinco estudos, envolvendo 799 participantes. Três artigos referiram o programa “The11+”, demonstrandoefetividade na redução da incidência de lesões, enquanto os dois artigos que abordaram o programa “The11” não obtiveram resultados significativos.O programa “The11” apenas apresentou redução de custos efetivos por jogador.
Conclusões:Após a análise dos resultados dos artigos inclúidos na presente revisão da literatura, verificou-se que apenas o programa “The11+” ou “FIFA11+” é benéfico na redução da incidência e na taxa de lesões, quando comparados os dois programas de aquecimento implementados pelaFederação Internacional de Futebol (FIFA).
