Abstract(s)
O estudo em questão intitulado “A contribuição da Escola de Música Municipal Ângelo Afonso dos Santos na promoção do desenvolvimento biopsicossocial, após o quinto ano da sua criação” tem como fim verificar a contribuição da referida escola na promoção do desenvolvimento biológico, psicológico e social de seus alunos.
A pesquisa foi realizada em um universo de vinte pessoas, de entre elas adolescentes, jovens e adultos, matriculados na referida instituição, na faixa etária dos catorze a sessenta anos de idade. Para a recolha de dados utilizou-se um questionário investigativo com intuito de obter as informações pertinentes à presente tese.
Os resultados obtidos comprovam a importância da música, a relevância no investimento em educação musical, bem como a sua contribuição social, física, pessoal e intelectual, como elemento capaz de dar força a um contexto e transformar os sujeitos.
Nesta perspectiva, os pesquisados relataram que a música contribui para um melhor desempenho em outras atividades fora do ambiente escolar, promovendo o companheirismo e a amizade. Foram obtidos também relatos com visão positiva sobre a competência dos professores. E, em uma análise significativa, no que se refere à gestão dos primeiros cinco anos, percebeu-se que, apesar dos aspectos positivos, problemas relativos à estrutura e administração prejudicaram a aprendizagem.
Desta forma, conclui-se que a educação musical é imprescindível à sociedade, pois contribui para o desenvolvimento integral do indivíduo.
The present study, entitled "The contribution of the School of Music of County Ângelo Afonso dos Santos in promoting biopsychosocial development, after the fifth year of its creation", it has the purpose to verify the contribution of this school in the promotion of biological, psychological and social development of their students. The research was accomplished out in a universe of twenty people, among them teenagers, young people and adults registered in that institution, in the age group from fourteen to sixty years of age. For the collection of dices, the investigative questionnaire was used in order to obtain information pertinent to this master’s thesis. The results shows how music is important, the relevance in investing in a music education as well as their social, physical, personal and intellectual contribution positively interfering with a context and becoming subjects in it. In this perspective, the interviewers reported that music contributes to performance in other activities outside the school environment, promoting fellowship and friendship. We also obtained reports with a positive view about the competence of teachers. And, in a significant analysis regarding the management of the first five years, it was noted that, despite the positive aspects, problems involving structure and administration prejudiced learning. In this way, it is concluded that musical education is essential to society, since it contributes to the integral development of the individual.
