| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo trata principalmente tres temas: 1) la discrepancia que existe entre la idea original aducida por los creadores verdaderamente innovadores en sus obras muy complejas y las traducciones de estas ideas ad usum delphini debido a los ‘doxóforos’ (como los llamaba Platón), ‘traducciones’ que influyen masivamente en las ideologías; 2) la coincidencia de dos escritores, Robert Musil y Julio Cortázar, en la descripción de un mecanismo, según ellos, generalizado que hace que en ‘el mercado de las ideas’ el elogio de un concepto sea seguido muy rápidamente por la boga de su opuesto; 3) la ambivalencia de los artistas respecto a su intervención directa y activa en el juego del poder ideológico. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present paper tackles mainly three themes: 1) the discrepancy that exists between the original ideas that imbue the intricate works of the genuinely innovative creators and the translation of these ideas ad usum delphini thanks to the ‘doxoforos` (as Plato used to call them), `translations’ that have a huge influence upon ideologies; 2) the identical way in which two writers like Robert Musil and Julio Cortázar describe the overall phenomenon on account of which on `the market of ideas´ the praise of a concept will be quickly followed by the enhancement of its opposite; 3) the ambivalence entertained by these writers concerning any direct and active involvement in the game of ideological power. | pt_PT |
