Abstract(s)
A prevalência de abusos sexuais perpetrados por mulheres em estudos de vitimização são significativamente diferentes das mulheres condenadas. Portanto, é importante reiterar que os dados dos relatórios de casos, em particular as estatísticas da justiça criminal, refletem apenas os casos que entraram em contato com os sistemas de justiça criminal ou de proteção à criança.
De forma a fazer face a estas cifras negras, o presente projeto de graduação visa desenvolver uma entrevista semiestruturada junto de profissionais que trabalham com a temática dos abusos sexuais, técnicos do setor de justiça criminal e do setor de proteção à vítima criança, de forma a comparar a perceção que ambos têm sobre as ofensoras sexuais.
The prevalence of sexual abuse perpetrated by women in victimization studies is significantly different from condemned women. Therefore, it is important to reiterate that case report data, in particular criminal justice statistics, reflect only those cases that have come into contact with criminal justice or child protection systems. In order to address these black figures, this undergraduate project aims to develop a semistructured interview with professionals working on the theme of sexual abuse, criminal justice and child victim protection technicians, in order to compare their perceptions of female sexual offenders.
