Abstract(s)
A Autoridade Regional das Atividades Económicas (ARAE) é uma entidade de polícia criminal, cuja a matéria conta com diversos procedimentos e avaliações. Deste modo, na realização do Projeto de Graduação para a obtenção do Grau de Licenciatura do curso de Criminologia, é realizado um estudo referente às normas de segurança e apoio no mercado implicando tudo o que aprendi no período de estágio curricular que frequentei.
Considero a segurança e apoio no comércio um tema que deve ser tratado com especial atenção. Retrato assim neste trabalho pontos fucrais para manter a população informada dos perigos presentes no mundo económico e alimentar. Ao longo deste trabalho, surgiram questões acerca da eficácia das normas adotadas pelas entidades competentes para o combate aos vários crimes falados e apoio ao cidadão, caso este possa precisar para expor algum crime ou efetuar uma reclamação de forma a melhorar o serviço.
No final será apresentado um estudo constituído por um questionário, apresentado para pessoas com idade superior à 18 anos. O estudo será realizado na área do Funchal na Ilha da Madeira, com o objetivo de entender o que poderia ser efetuado para melhorar a transmissão de informação acerca do suporte ou meios para a defesa dos seus direitos.
The Regional Authority for Economic Activities (ARAE) is a criminal police organisation, which is subject to various procedures and assessments. In this way, when carrying out the Graduation Project for the Degree in Criminology, a study was carried out on the rules of security and support in the market, involving everything I learnt during my internship. I believe that security and support in commerce is a subject that should be treated with special attention. In this piece of work, I portray key points for keeping the population informed of the dangers present in the economic and food world. In the course of this work, questions have arisen about the effectiveness of the rules adopted by the competent authorities to combat the various crimes reported and to provide support to citizens, should they need it to expose a crime or make a complaint in order to i mprove the service. At the end of the study, a questionnaire will be presented to people over the age of 18. The study will be carried out in the area of Funchal on the island of Madeira, with the aim of understanding what could be done to improve the transmission of informat ion about the support or means to defend their rights.
