| dc.description.abstract | A presente tese procurou averiguar perceções das mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica e que participaram em práticas restaurativas escudadas pelo Poder Judiciário do Estado de Mato Grosso. A investigação empírica foi concretizada por meio de análise documental em 30 procedimentos recebidos nos últimos 05 anos entre ano de 2014 a 2019, a fim de verificar como eram atendidas pela Delegacia de Polícia Civil, estas mulheres que sofreram violência doméstica. Foi utilizado o método qualitativo com entrevistas com sete mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica que participaram do Círculo de Construção de Paz, alicerçado na implementação das táticas metodológicas e com suporte das recomendações teóricas das ordens já expostas, com o objetivo de averiguar o perfil destas mulheres em relação a esta violência sofrida. Posteriormente defronte da apreciação dos subsídios angariados pela pesquisa, foi notado que o empoderamento e a responsabilização se mostraram como virtuosos recursos de metamorfose social e cultural e, apesar, de algumas preocupações identificadas no processo, emergiram diversas possibilidades que orientarão futuros programas restaurativos para acolhimento de ocorrências de violência doméstica sofrida por mulheres, em contextos de vínculos afetivos íntimos com homens. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The present thesis sought to investigate the perceptions of women who were subjected to restorative practices in episodes of domestic violence suffered by them, in contexts of intimate affective bonds with men, protected by the Judiciary of the State of Mato Grosso. In the bibliographic investigation, the classes of restorative justice, gender and intra-family domestic aggression were outlined, which then guided the appreciation of the observation data. Documentary analysis was achieved based on international and national records and regulations regarding domestic violence against women and the emergence of Restorative Justice. The empirical investigation was carried out through interviews with 07 women victims of domestic violence and the examination of 30 judicial processes, listing information and perceptions arising from women assisted by the State Judiciary. Based on the implementation of methodological tactics and supported by the theoretical recommendations of the orders already exposed, a questionnaire was created with the objective of ascertaining the profile of these women in relation to this violence suffered. Subsequently, in view of the appreciation of the subsidies raised by the research, it was noted that empowerment and accountability proved to be virtuous resources of social and cultural metamorphosis and, despite some concerns identified in the process, several possibilities emerged that will guide future restorative programs to welcome children. occurrences of domestic violence suffered by women, in contexts of intimate affective bonds with men. | pt_PT |
