The global automotive industry is facing a structural paradigm shift driven by the need for decarbonization and the technological evolution towards electric mobility. This Graduation Project analyzes this phenomenon within the specific context of the luxury sports segment, using Porsche AG as a case study. The central objective is to understand how a brand with a historical legacy based on internal combustion engines manages the strategic transition to electromobility, embodied in "Strategy 2030", without compromising its identity and profitability. The methodology adopted is based on a literature review on luxury brand management and disruptive innovation, complemented by a qualitative and quantitative documentary analysis of the brand's annual reports and market data. The analysis demonstrates that electrification, far from alienating the traditional consumer, has allowed the brand to expand its market share by attracting new customer segments and leveraging favorable tax incentives (TCO), particularly in the Portuguese market. It is concluded that the symbiosis between technological performance and sustainability is the new vector of competitiveness in luxury, requiring a reconfiguration of the marketing mix and business model towards digital and charging services.
