Abstract(s)
Objetivo: Analisar os efeitos do exercício físico na dor em adolescentes e mulheres com endometriose e determinar qual tipo de exercício mais indicado. Metodologia: Esta revisão foi realizada de acordo com o modelo PRISMA, as bases de dados utilizadas durante a pesquisa foram a PubMed e a Web Of Science. A classificação metodológica dos estudos selecionados para esta revisão foi feita através da escala PEDro, e com as Checklists propostas no Critical Appraisal Skills Program (CASP). Resultados: Esta revisão inclui 6 estudos com um total de 1161 participantes. As intervenções incluíram exercícios de resistência, de alongamentos, treinos aeróbios, pilates e ioga. Todos os estudos relataram efeitos benéficos do exercício na redução da dor em mulheres com endometriose. Conclusão: De acordo com os artigos estudados, o exercício regular de baixo impacto ajuda a reduzir a dor em adolescentes e mulheres com endometriose.
