| dc.description.abstract | Hoje a migração refere-se à entrada em um determinado país ou área geográfica de estrangeiros que vêm para uma longa estadia ou para se instalar nesse pais. A palavra imigração vem do latim in-migrare que significa "entrar em um lugar". Na Europa, num contexto de controle mais rigoroso da imigração ilegal, os estrangeiros em situação irregular muitas vezes não têm acesso a cuidados de saúde. Fala-se, hoje de urgência humanitária. A assistência médica a esta populaçao depende em grande parte da dedicação e coragem do pessoal de atendimento e da generosidade financeira de alguns. O direito à saúde é, sem dúvida, aquele cuja falta de respeito sucita as reações mais intensas. Este artigo é uma revisão bibliográfica sistemática, baseada em 21 artigos. O objetivo é apontar as estruturas de saúde oral criadas para os migrantes e sua condiçoes de acesso aos cuidados disponíveis. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Immigration today refers to the entry into a given country or geographical area of foreigners who come for a long stay or to settle there. The word immigration comes from the Latin inmigrare meaning "to enter a place". In Europe, in a context of tightening controls on illegal immigration, foreigners in an irregular situation often have no possibility of care. Nowadays, there is a humanitary urgence. A medical aid depends largely on the dedication and courage of the care staff and the financial generosity of some. The right to health is undoubtedly the one whose lack of respect arouses the strongest reactions. This article is a systematic review bibliographiqies, based on 21 articles. The purpose of this article is to highlight the dental health structures put in place for migrants and their ability to access care. | pt_PT |
