Com o presente estudo pretendeu-se conhecer a Perceção dos enfermeiros de uma USF do ACES de Gondomar sobre a metodologia de Enfermagem de Família
Este estudo emergiu das perguntas de investigação: “Qual a Perceção dos enfermeiros de uma USF do ACES de Gondomar sobre a metodologia de Enfermagem de Família?”, para tal delinearam-se os seguintes objetivos:
- Conhecer a perceção dos enfermeiros de uma USF do ACES Gondomar sobre a metodologia da Enfermagem de Família;
- Identificar se os enfermeiros de uma USF do ACES Gondomar reconhecem na prática atual dos cuidados as competências dos enfermeiros de família;
- Conhecer a importância que os enfermeiros de uma USF do ACES Gondomar atribuem ao papel da enfermagem de família;
- Identificar os fatores que facilitam/dificultam a implementação da enfermagem de família;
A metodologia utilizada teve um carater exploratório descritivo com base numa abordagem qualitativa. A amostra foi constituída por cinco enfermeiras de uma USF do ACES de Gondomar, à qual foi aplicado um formulário e uma entrevista semiestruturada, tendo-se concluído que a metodologia da Enfermagem de Família ainda não é bem compreendida pelas enfermeiras que trabalham numa das USF do ACES de Gondomar dado entenderem a metodologia científica da Enfermagem de Família como algo não muito necessário mas em contrapartida valorizam muito o estarem atentas e voltadas para o cuidar da pessoa e não da família.
Entendo, no entanto, que há um largo caminho a fazer e que com o tempo e empenho de todos chegaremos a alcançar o objetivo de cada família ter o seu Enfermeiro.
With the aim of the presente study was to get to know the Perceiving than of nurses from a USF ACES of Gondomar on the methodology of Family Nursing. This study emerged from the research questions: “What is the Perceiving than of nurses from a USF ACES of Gondomar on the methodology of Family Nursing?”,for this where outlined the following objectives: - Know the perceiving than of nurses from a USFACES Gondomar on the methodology of Family Nursing; - Identify whether nurses of a USF ACES Gondomar recognize the current practice of care skills of nurses of familiy; - Understand the importance that the nurses of a USF ACES Gondomar you attach to the role of family nursing; - Identify the factos that facilitate/ hinder the implementation of family nursing; The methodology used was a trap an exploratory descriptive based on a qualitative approach. The sample was composed of five nurses from a USF ACES of Gondomar, to which has been applied a form and a semistructured interview, and it is concluded that the methodology of Family Nursing is not yet well understood by nurses who work in on of the USF ACES of Gondomar given to understand the scientific methodology of the nursing family as not target multinecessario but in return much value to be alert and focused on the care of the person and not the family. I believe, however, that there is a long way to do it and the time and commitment of all get to achieve the objective of each family have your Nurse.
