| dc.description.abstract | O abuso sexual praticado contra crianças e adolescentes constitui um crime contra a liberdade e autodeterminação sexual, tipificado pelo código penal português. Este é um crime marcado por um conjunto de características que condicionam o diagnóstico e intervenção por parte das entidades de primeira linha e com competência em matéria de infância e juventude, judiciais e não-judiciais. Assim, o presente trabalho foca as características e dificuldades na prova deste tipo de crime bem como, a intervenção dos técnicos das Comissões de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens em articulação com outras entidades, junto da vítima e família desta. O presente estudo, é dirigido aos técnicos da comissão restrita das Comissões de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens que, no concelho de Aveiro, têm maior número de processos ativos por abuso sexual. Tem por objetivo conhecer as lacunas e dificuldades das Comissões perante a denúncia, sinalização e intervenção em casos de abuso sexual, Recorreu-se a um método de investigação misto nomeadamente, questionários de inquérito e análise documental que, a partir do enquadramento concetual permitiram a discussão dos resultados. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The sexual abuse perpetuated against children and teenagers consists of a crime against freedom and self sexual determination, typified by the penal Portuguese code. This is a crime which is marked by a set of characteristics which subdue the diagnosis and the intervention on the behalf of the so called first line entities with responsibilities in matters of childhood and youth, judicial and non-judicial. Bearing this in mind this work highlights the characteristics and difficulties within the proof of this type of crime as well as the intervention of the technician at the Children and Juvenile Protection Commissions and the articulation with other entities, with the family and the victim. The present study is added to the technicians at the restrict commission of the Children and Juvenile Protection Commissions that in the district of Aveiro have the major number of processes due to sexual abuse. Our main goal is to evaluate the lacunas and the difficulties they face when dealing with the identification of a situation and their intervention in cases of sexual abuse. We have recurred to a mixed investigation method, namely questionnaires and documents analysis, which, based on the conceptual framing, allowed the discussion of the results. | pt_PT |
