O perfil de emergência no que diz respeito às próteses sobre implantes sobretudo na região
anterior da maxila, deve ser considerado o item mais importante após a osseointegração.
Objetivo: Discutir os artigos científicos selecionados dos últimos dez anos a cerca dos
sistemas CAD/CAM para o alcance de um excelente perfil de emergência em próteses sobre
implantes. Materiais e métodos: Revisão bibliográfica à base de dados como o Pubmed,
Google académico e B-on utilizando como palavras-chave: “dental implant”; “computeraided-design/computer-assisted-manufacturing”;“healing abutment”; “implant abutment”;
“emergence profile”. Resultados: Observou-se que técnicas diversificadas estão sendo
desenvolvidas afim de garantir um perfil de emergência excelente, às quais utilizam os
tecidos circundantes logo após a inserção do implante começando assim desde cedo o
trabalho desses tecidos, proporcionando sucesso estético para as reabilitações. Conclusões:
Com o advento das tecnologias auxiliadas por computadores, os estudos tem mostrado
resultados significativos na criação de um ótimo perfil de emergência e deve ser iniciado
ainda na fase primeira da confecção de pilares provisórios de cicatrização.
The emergency profile with regard to implant prostheses, especially in the anterior region of the maxilla, should be the most important item to be considered after osseointegration. Objective: To discuss the scientific articles selected in the last ten years about CAD/CAM techniques to obtain an excellent emergency profile in implant practices. Materials and methods: Bibliographic review of the database such as Pubmed, Google Scholar and B-on using as keywords: “dental implant”; “Computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing”; “Healing pillar”; “Implant abutment”; "Emergency profile". Results: It should be noted that diversified techniques have been used to guarantee an excellent emergency profile, for which the uses of the surrounding tissues immediately after the insertion of the implant begin early, or the work of these tissues uses the aesthetic use for rehabilitation. Conclusions: With the advent of computer-aided technologies, studies have shown results using the creation of a great emergence profile and should be started even in the first phase of the inspection of temporary healing abutments.
