Abstract(s)
A insalubridade psicológica de algumas organizações leva a uma enorme pressão para a obtenção de resultados, muitas vezes sem ter em conta a saúde física e psicológica dos colaboradores e negligenciando as relações dos empregados com as suas comunidades e famílias (Cunha, Rego e Cunha, 2006). A dimensão humana é esquecida e os indivíduos passam a desempenhar o papel de meros instrumentos.
Rego (2002) faz alusão ao paradoxo do mundo organizacional atual, afirmando que a reivindicação da “entrega” dos indivíduos à organização coabita com um certo “descarte” da própria organização perante eles.
O presente projeto aborda tópicos relacionados com a função do trabalho na vida do trabalhador e a sua saúde, organizações autentizóticas e as consequências destas e pretende contribuir para a discussão em torno desta problemática. Através de uma proposta de estudo, assente nos pressupostos de organizações autentizóticas, prevê-se uma consciencialização e discussão do tema, para assim contribuir para a prevenção da insalubridade psicológica presente em organizações e consequentemente o impacto desta na saúde dos trabalhadores.
The psychological insalubrity of some organizations leads to enormous pressure to obtain results, often without taking into account the physical and psychological health of employees and neglecting the relationships of employees with their communities and families (Cunha, Rego and Cunha, 2006). The human dimension is forgotten and individuals start to play the role of mere instruments. Rego (2002) alludes to the paradox of the current organizational world, stating that the claim of the “surrender” of individuals to the organization coexists with a certain “discard” of the organization itself before them. This project addresses topics related to the function of work in the life of workers and their health, authentizotic organizations and their consequences, and intends to contribute to the discussion around this issue. Through a study proposal, based on the assumptions of authentizotic organizations, an awareness and discussion of the subject is expected, in order to contribute to the prevention of psychological unhealthy conditions present in organizations and consequently its impact on the health of workers.
