| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo a revisão bibliográfica referente à ocorrência de parestesia do nervo alveolar inferior decorrente do Tratamento Endodôntico Não Cirúrgico, assim como, opções de tratamento disponíveis e quais as medidas preventivas para evitar a ocorrência desta iatrogenia. A metodologia utilizada para a elaboração deste trabalho constou na análise de artigos científicos através da pesquisa nas bases de dados PubMed e B-on. A seleção dos artigos foi baseada na aplicação de critérios de inclusão e exclusão, nomeadamente artigos publicados nos últimos 20 anos sob o formato de: case reports, clinical study, jounal article, reviews e systematic reviews, escritos em inglês, português ou espanhol. A pesquisa resultou num total de 78 artigos, dos quais foram selecionados e utilizados 43 artigos e 2 livros. A literatura relativa a esta temática ainda é escassa, sendo assim, necessário a realização de mais estudos. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this paper is to carry out a bibliographic review regarding to the occurrence of paresthesia of the inferior alveolar nerve resulting from non-surgical endodontic treatment, available treatment options and preventive measures to avoid this iatrogeny. The methodology used for the elaboration of this work consists in the analysis of scientific articles through the PubMed and B-on databases. The selection of articles was based on the application of inclusion and exclusion criteria, such as articles published in the last 20 years in the form of: case reports, clinical study, jounal article, reviews and systematic reviews written in english, portuguese and spanish languages. The research resulted in a total of 78 articles, thus 43 articles and 2 books were selected. The literature on this subject is still scarce, thus, necessary to conduct further studies. | pt_PT |
