Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação tem como propósito fazer uma reflexão a respeito da gestão de conflitos nas empresas, tendo como referência a analise crítica de algumas das literaturas científicas sobre o tema. O seu principal objetivo é analisar a gestão de conflitos existentes nas organizações e os seus possíveis contributos para as empresas. Nos objetivos específicos buscou-se identificar como as pessoas convivem com os conflitos no ambiente de trabalho; se os conflitos geram consequências na vida profissional de cada colaborador; procurando compreender quais os seus principais motivos e, por consequência, a pesquisa procura investigar se os conflitos interferem na realização das tarefas e analisa igualmente a importância da inteligência emocional das pessoas nas organizações. Apesar do presente trabalho não contemplar uma parte empírica, o que muito poderia enriquecer o mesmo, procurou-se colmatar essa limitação através de uma extensa pesquisa bibliográfica que apontou vários tipos e formas de conviver e solucionar os conflitos dentro de uma empresa, pois os conflitos estão em todos os lugares e muitas vezes os mesmos surgem como uma forma de aprendizagem pessoal e profissional.
This dissertation aims to make a reflection on the management of conflicts in companies, having as reference the critical analysis of some of the scientific literature on the subject. Its main objective is to analyze the management of existing conflicts in organizations and their possible contributions to companies. In the specific objectives we sought to identify how people coexist with conflicts in the work environment; if the conflicts generate consequences in the professional life of each collaborator; trying to understand their main reasons and, consequently, the research tries to investigate if the conflicts interfere in the accomplishment of the tasks and also analyzes the importance of the emotional intelligence of the people in the organizations. Although the present work does not contemplate an empirical part, which could greatly enrich the same, it was tried to fill this limitation through an extensive bibliographical research that pointed out several types and forms of living together and solving the conflicts within a company, since the conflicts they are everywhere and often the same arise as a form of personal and professional learning.
