Os incisivos centrais superiores são os dentes mais afetados pelo trauma, ocorrendo frequentemente fratura extensa dos mesmos. Dada a posição crucial deste grupo de dentes e o elevado envolvimento estético, o médico dentista deve tentar solucionar a fratura dentária da forma mais conservadora possível.
A colagem de fragmentos é um verdadeiro desafio para o médico dentista. Pode substituir a técnica restauradora convencional sempre que o fragmento está disponível, intacto e corretamente acondicionado.
O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar e apresentar a técnica de colagem de fragmentos dentários anteriores decorrentes de traumatismo.
Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, entre 2000 e 2019 utilizando os motores de busca da PubMed com as seguintes palavras-chave : « colagem de fragmentos », « fraturas coronárias », « traumatismo dentário ».

Given the crucial position of this group of teeth and the high aesthetic involvement, the dental practitioner should try to resolve the dental fracture in the most conservative way possible. Fragment collage is a real challenge for the dentist. It can replace the conventional restorative technique whenever the fragment is available, intact and properly conditioned. The objective of this work is to study and present the technique of bonding of anterior dental fragments due to trauma. A literature search was conducted between 2000 and 2019 using the PubMed search engines exclusively with the following keywords: “fragmented collagen”, “coronary fractures”, “dental trauma”
