Em ano torguiano – 2007 é o ano do centenário do nascimento de miguel torga – valerá a pena reflectir numa das suas obras mais deslembradas – O Senhor Ventura – e problematizar, por um lado, as relações que nas diferentes partes textuais se estabelecem com o leitor virtual, por vezes confundível com o implícito, e, por outro, a forma como se configura o carácter colectivo do povo português, desde o paratexto inicial, passando pelo incipit até ao desenlace final.
On celebrating the hundredth anniversary of miguel torga one should reflect on one of his least remembered works - O Senhor Ventura - and discuss, on the one hand, the relationships established with the virtual reader in the different parts of the text, which is sometimes confused with the implicit; on the other hand, discuss the way the colective character of the portuguese people presents since the initial paratext, passing through the incipit till the
final part.
