O abuso sexual é um dos crimes mais complexos e de elevada prevalência em Portugal e no mundo. Este acarreta consequências nefastas e duradouras para as suas vítimas, assim como danos ao nível do desenvolvimento físico e psicológico muito grave. O presente projeto tem como principal objetivo prevenir, alertar e preparar os menores para eventuais situações de abusos sexuais. Consiste na elaboração de uma ação de sensibilização, em conjunto com professores especializados em educação sexual, a ser apresentada numa escola a alunos do segundo ciclo do ensino básico.
Sexual abuse is one of the most complex crimes of high prevalence in Portugal and in the world. This has harmful and lasting consequences for its victims, as well as very serious damage to their physical and psychological development. Therefore, it is important to have a more in-depth research on this problem. This project aims to prevent, alert and prepare minors for possible situations of sexual abuse. It consists in the elaboration of an awareness action, together with teachers specialized in sex education, to be presented in a school to students of the second cycle of basic education.
