A exodontia dos terceiros molares faz parte das intervençÔes mais comuns na ĂĄrea da cirurgia em Medicina Dentaria. A maior parte do tempo estĂĄ associada as complicaçÔes como dor, edema, trismo e infeçÔes que podem interferir no conforto e qualidade de vida do paciente. Desde hĂ longo tempo, os MĂ©dicos Dentistas procuram a diminuir as sequelas pĂłs-operatĂłrias, mas tambĂ©m de prevenir as suas aparĂȘncias pela aplicação dum protocolo terapĂȘutico que pode conter contĂ©m anti-inflamatĂłrios, analgĂ©sicos, antibiĂłticos, ansiolĂticos.
O objetivo do trabalho serĂĄ de comprovar a eficĂĄcia da terapĂȘutica nas complicaçÔes pĂłs-operatĂłrios para uma melhor cicatrização e qualidade de vida do paciente.
The third molar surgery is one of the most common interventions in dental medicine. Most of the time, it is associated with complications such as pain, edema, trimus and infections that can interfere in the confort and quality of life of the patient. For a long time, dentists have sought to reduce postoperative sequels but also to prevent their appearance by the application of a drug protocol that contains anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibiotic and anxiolytic. The aim of the work will be to prove the effectiveness of using therapeutics on complications to improve the patientâs healing and postoperative quality of life.
