| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo investigou as características biopsicossociais de adolescentes acusados de ofensores sexuais de crianças e adolescentes. Os dados analisados foram coletados em processos Judiciais tramitados nas Varas Especializadas da Infância e da Juventude do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Pará – TJE/PA, nas Comarcas de Ananindeua, Belém Castanhal e Santa Izabel. Foram ao todo 74 processos coletados, que tramitaram no período de 2012 a 2016. Entre estes, haviam processos concluídos (sentenciados e tramitados em julgado) e processos em andamento. O instrumento utilizado foi o formulário de Caracterização Biopsicossocial – FBS, tomado como referência do estudo de Habigzang, Koller, Azevedo e Machado (2006) e adaptado para pesquisa de situações específicas sobre o adolescente. As análises dos dados foram realizadas no software estatístico SPSS versão 20.0 for Windows. A predominância de adolescentes ofensores é do sexo masculino com um percentual de 97,3 %; com idade entre 11 a 17 anos. No caso das vítimas a maioria também é do sexo masculino, apresentando uma diferença pequena de 52,7 % de meninos e 47,3% de meninas, com a maioria estando na faixa etária de 2 a 6 anos, num percentual de 51,4%. Segundo os dados os vínculos entre acusados e vítimas na maioria das ocorrências não são da mesma família, sendo a maior incidência de ofensores que são vizinhos (31,1 %). Esses espelhos inicialmente demonstram uma situação de proximidade de convívio entre acusados e vítimas, tanto compondo o mesmo grupo familiar ou a mesma comunidade. Os resultados encontrados trazem variáveis de análise que são fundamentais para ampliar o conhecimento sobre o fenômeno da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes, com foco no autor adolescente. O objetivo da investigação é contribuir com a discussão da temática dos direitos sexuais de crianças e adolescentes e assim contribuir na elaboração das políticas de atendimento e responsabilização dos ofensores, primando pelos princípios preconizados no ECA. | pt_PT |

In the case of the victims, the majority is also male, with a small difference of 52.7% in boys and 47.3% in girls, with the majority being in the age range of 2 to 6 years, in a percentage of 51.4 %. According to the data, the links between accused and victims in most cases are not of the same family, with the highest incidence of offenders who are neighbors (31.1%). These mirrors initially demonstrate a situation of closeness of conviviality between accused and victims, both composing the same family group or the same community. The results show variables of analysis that are fundamental to increase the knowledge about the phenomenon of sexual violence against children and adolescents, focusing on the adolescent author. The objective of the research is to contribute to the discussion of the sexual rights of children and adolescents and thus contribute to the elaboration of the policies of care and accountability of offenders, based on the principles recommended in the ECA. | pt_PT |
