Abstract(s)
O Doente é uma pessoa que se encontra numa situação de vulnerabilidade resultante da doença, mas que, por esse simples facto não deixa de ser titular de direitos e deveres, desde logo decorrentes do respeito devido à dignidade e à liberdade do ser humano.
Os direitos e deveres do doente do Serviço Nacional de Saúde são de extrema importância para todos os utentes da nossa sociedade.
Desta forma pareceu-nos pertinente desenvolver um estudo, no âmbito do 4º ano do Curso de Licenciatura em Enfermagem da Universidade Fernando Pessoa, sendo o tema abordado “Representação mental dos utentes do Serviço Nacional de Saúde acerca dos seus direitos e deveres”, tendo como objectivos, Conhecer a opinião dos doentes acerca dos seus direitos e deveres, Identificar o tipo de informação que recebem e Identificar fontes de informação.
A metodologia é de natureza exploratória descritiva nível I, baseada numa abordagem essencialmente qualitativa. Este estudo baseia-se num estudo de caso a uma utente que já esteve em regime de internamento.
Como instrumento de recolha de dados foi utilizada a entrevista aberta, que foi aplicada a 22 de Junho de 2011. Para dar resposta às questões e objectivos de investigação inicialmente traçados.
Através da análise de conteúdo dos dados colhidos, podemos concluir que a utente tinha conhecimentos sobre os seus direitos e deveres expressos na Carta dos direitos e deveres do doente, que foi bem informada por todos os profissionais de saúde e que nenhum desrespeitou os seus direitos.
The pacient is a present that is in a vunerabel situation that is a consequence from the diseaire, nowever that simple fact doesn”t allow the ausence of the wrights that come with the respective respect to the dignity and liberty of the human being.
The wrigth and the obligation of the pacient of the National Health to all our society who is using the SNS.
In this way it seems wright to deveolope a study, from the 4 th year of the graduation in nursing in the Fernando Pessoa college, the theme that will be aprochead in the study is “Mental Representacion of the pacients from the National Healt Service about their wrights and obligation”, identify the type of information that they receive and idently sources information.
The methology comes from a descritive exploration from level I, that is used essencially qualitative aproch, this study is based in study of a case of pacient that has alldredy been in our healthe care service.
The source used to our study, was the open interview, wich was executed in the 22 of june of 2001, to give the answer to the questions and the research objectives that have been inicially delened.
Through the analysis of the content of our research, we can get to the conclusion that the pacient had knowledge about expressed in the wrights and obligations littler of the pacient, that was well informed from all the healther professionals and the nobody has disrespected her wrights.
