Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação de mestrado sobre a sustentabilidade e a inovação – o exemplo de Inhotim - pretende ser um contributo de mais valia na construção da cultura e inovação sustentável do meio ambiente. Para tal efeito utilizou-se um estudo de literatura conjugado com a análise do exemplo do Instituto Inhotim. Esta instituição desempenha um papel fulcral na cidade de Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, ao mobilizar centenas de pessoas por meio das suas atividades informativas e formativas de cunho educativo voltado à inovação e sustentabilidade ambiental, desta forma criando um novo conceito cultural de preservação, inovação e sustentabilidade. A vertente histórica desta instituição é exemplo ímpar, desenvolvendo pesquisas, projetos, atividades, oficinas na área ambiental voltadas à comunidade para despertar conscientização à sustentabilidade nesta e na geração vindoura. Neste sentido, este trabalho amalgamado entre conceitos e realidade de inovação sustentável, utiliza o exemplo do Instituto Inhotim para demonstrar a viabilidade de um modelo de alerta à sociedade civil com dimensões imensuráveis e grandiosas no tocante à sustentabilidade e à inovação.
This master's thesis on sustainability and innovation - the example of Inhotim intends to be a contribution of added value in the construction of the culture and sustainable innovation of the environment. The Inhotim Institute plays a key role in the city of Brumadinho, Minas Gerais, mobilizing hundreds of people through its educational and informational activities aimed at innovation and environmental sustainability, thus creating a new cultural concept of preservation, innovation and sustainability. For this purpose we used a bibliographic study combined with the practical example of the Inhotim Institute. The historical aspect of this institution is a unique example, developing researches, projects, activities and workshops in the environmental area to the community, to raise awareness forthe sustainability of the new generations. In this sense, this work is amalgamated between concepts and the reality of sustainable innovation, thus serving as a model and alert to civil society with immeasurable and grandiose dimensions in terms of sustainability and innovation.
