Abstract(s)
Introdução: A Endodontia é uma Ôrea da Medicina DentÔria que é definida, pela ordem
dos MƩdicos Dentistas portugueses por ter a capacidade de regenerar a estrutura dentƔria
e os tecidos envolventes. Esta Ɣrea tem vindo a evoluir permanentemente, em que os
materiais obturadores também foram assim evoluindo e alteraram a sua composição
quĆmica, estes cimentos sĆ£o utilizados para obturar a cavidade utilizada para o acesso ao
canal radicular. Assim sendo existem materiais que são capazes de cumprir esses
requisitos de forma eficaz tais como o agregado mineral trióxido.
Materiais e Métodos: Para a realização deste trabalho utilizei os motores de busca da
PubMed, B-On, Elsevier e Scielo.
Objectivo: Este trabalho tem como objectivo uma a recolha de informação para uma
revisão bibliogrÔfica sobre o agregado mineral trióxido em Endodontia.
Resultados: Foram encontrados 59 artigos, em PortuguĆŖs, InglĆŖs e Espanhol, foram
realizados os seguintes critérios de inclusão: datados entre o ano 2006 e 2016, artigos
com paridade entre o tĆtulo e o maior nĆŗmero de palavras-chave em comum, full-text
disponĆvel online e publicados em revistas indexadas. Apenas 25 artigos foram utilizados
para a realização deste trabalho.
ConclusƵes: Foram analisados vĆ”rios estudos, dos quais Ć© possĆvel verificar que o
agregado mineral trióxido Ć© um material com propriedades fĆsicas e quĆmicas apreciĆ”veis, boa
resistência à compressão, pH bÔsico, capacidade de estimulação de regeneração tecidular, entre
outras e por isso é um material a ter em consideração na Ôrea da Endodontia.
Introduction: Endodonthics is a part of Dental Medicine area wich is defined, by the order of Portuguese doctors to have the ability to regenerate the dental structure and envolving contextures. This area has been continuing envolved, such has its shuttering materials and their chemical composures, this types of ciments are used to seal the cavity that accesses the root cavity. There are materials that are capable to accomplish these requirements has effective has trioxide mineral aggregate. Materials and Methods: For this paper I used search engines from PubMed, B-On, Elsevier e Scielo. Goals: This paper aims to reunite information for a bibliographic review over Trioxide mineral aggregate in Endodothics. Results: There where found 59 articles in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and where made the following inclusion criteria: dated between 2006 and 2016, articles with parity amongst the title and the most key words in common, available full text online and published in indexed magazines. Only 25 articles where used for the achievement of this paper. Conclusions: Various studies were analised, in wich there is possible to verify that Trioxide mineral aggregate is a material with phisical and chemical properties notable to good resistance to compreension, basic pH, ability to stimulate tissue regeneration among others witch makes it a type of material to have in consideration in the area of endodontics.
