Introduction: Mobilization with movement has been a very used technique on orthopedic area in all kind of joints, and it has had nice results in movement range gain. Objective: This study tried to verify the efficiency of Mobilization with movement in algodistrophy or regional complex pain syndrome. Methodology: There were made 16 sessions twice a week during 8 weeks, in each session, there was a preparatory serie to learn the movement and after 3 series of 10 repetitions each were performed, rest of one minute between each serie was allowed. Results: There were only positive results on the Knee to wall test, there was a 0,7 cm gain after the 16 sessions and a 1,7 cm gain right after the application of the technique, there was also a gain of 2º on the dorsiflexion movement, right after being the technique applied. Conclusion: With this patient, this technique was not efficient concerning the gain of dorsiflexion on the tibiotarsic joint on the treatment of the SRD.
