Abstract(s)

The Systematization of Occupational Health Care (SOHC) is based on the approach of “Person Centered Healthcare”, using the management tool of “Plan, do, check and act”, the model “Systematization of Nursing Care”, the “Interdisciplinary Worker's Health Approach Instrument”, the “Worker’s Health Risk Index”, and health taxonomies, as theoretical references. The SOHC aims at the articulated, intersectoral and interdisciplinary systematization [1] in occupational health from an adequate methodology to integral and integrated care. SOHC is understood as the organization of the conditions necessary to carry out the person-centered care process with regard to method, staff and instruments. The “Process” term makes it possible to identify, understand, describe, explain and/or predict the needs of the human person, family or community at a given time, in the context of health and disease process.
