Abstract(s)
A globalização tem obrigado as organizações a mudar constantemente sua posição de mercado, reinventar seus processos e planejamento fazendo com que só sejam vencedoras aquelas que conseguirem ficar à frente das mudança, saindo da sua zona de conforto, criando novos mercados e novos caminhos, e impondo novas regras de competitividade. Desta forma, percebe-se que o maior desafio enfrentado pelas organizações é o da administração e pensamento estratégico, ou seja, conduzir os negócios de forma detalhadamente planejada, inovadora e diferenciada, e, ainda assim obter sucesso, num ambiente em constante transformação como o que nos encontramos hoje. Uma ferramenta que possibilita aos gestores, ainda que de empresas individuais, administrar melhor os seus negócios, é o planejamento estratégico, um método de análise e desenvolvimento de ações que potencializam a capacidades da empresa de se antecipar as mudanças e aproveitar com maior eficácia as oportunidades no mercado.
Visto que o planejamento estratégico não é mais um diferencial e sim um elemento fundamental assumindo um papel importante nas organizações, o presente estudo recorrerá a esta ferramenta como um diferencial competitivo em empresas individuais direcionando sua análise para auxiliar a empresas denominada Uniativo Soluções Corporativas e Educação Continuada, já que, até então, essa não possui nenhum tipo de estudo neste sentido ou mesmo uma estratégia claramente definida.
Dentre as diversas conclusões do estudo foi possível perceber a relevância dos resultados no alinhamento estratégico da empresa que não possuía uma metodologia clara para se colocar de forma mais competitiva no mercado. Observou-se, também que a ausência de um plano estratégico pode torná-la vulnerável aos riscos legais e de mercado. Os resultados encontrados ratificam a importância do processo de planejamento estratégico como uma ferramenta de competitividade a todos os tipos de empresas, sendo relevante nas de constituição individual, como no caso estudado.
Globalization has forced organizations to constantly change their market position, to reinvent their processes and planning, and to win only those who are able to stay ahead of change, out of their comfort zone, creating new markets and new paths, and imposing new rules of competitiveness. In this way, it is perceived that the greatest challenge faced by organizations is that of management and strategic thinking, that is, to conduct business in a detailed, innovative and differentiated manner, and yet succeed in an environment in constant transformation as the that we meet today. A tool that enables managers, even from individual companies, to better manage their business, is strategic planning, a method of analysis and development of actions that enhance the company's ability to anticipate change and take advantage of opportunities more effectively in the market. Since strategic planning is no longer a differential but a fundamental element assuming an important role in organizations, the present study will use this tool as a competitive differential in individual companies directing its analysis to assist the companies denominated Uniativo Corporate Solutions and Continuing Education , since, until then, it does not have any type of study in this sense or even a clearly defined strategy. Among the several conclusions of the study it was possible to perceive the relevance of the results in the strategic alignment of the company that did not have a clear methodology to place itself in a more competitive way in the market. It was also noted that the absence of a strategic plan could make it vulnerable to legal and market risks. The results confirm the importance of the strategic planning process as a competitiveness tool for all types of companies, being relevant in the individual constitution, as in the case studied.
