Abstract(s)
O presente estudo de investigação procura saber quais os fatores que conduzem a uma
vida feliz e saudável, no interior das organizações, e particularmente, nas empresas do
setor Metalúrgico e Eletromecânico, em Portugal, e se as certificações normativas e os
modelos de excelência contribuem de forma relevante para que tal seja atingido.
Os principais objetivos foram traçados nessas dimensões e procurou-se inferir da não
subjetividade das respostas, de forma a obter um cenário o mais real possível.
Partindo de uma amostra considerável de empresas, optou-se por inquiri-las sobre a
matéria e com o suporte da pesquisa bibliográfica foi traçada uma opção, que parte da
interferência decisiva das certificações normativas e modelos de excelência (EFQM), no
Desenvolvimento Sustentável, a que se atribui quatro pilares, económico, ambiental,
social e cultural, para organizações saudáveis e pessoas felizes.
O estudo revela esta dependência: as certificações normativas e a existência de modelos
de excelência, contribuem para pessoas mais felizes e saudáveis no interior das
organizações.Uma outra conclusão, importante sob o aspeto económico, é que as
empresas apostam em mais certificações e modelos de excelência, para exportar.
Revela, ainda, uma tonalidade em “arco-íris” para o Setor Metalúrgico e
Eletromecânico, que está bem consciente das realidades focadas. Assim este setor está
bem consciente da felicidade e saúde dos seus stakeholders, da importância dos
modelos de excelência e certificações normativas, sabe ser isso fundamental para as
exportações e todas as empresas inquiridas, certificadas ou não, dão valor substantivo à
Sustentabilidade.
This study seeks to know how To find a happy and healthy life inside organizations, and moreover at companies of the Metallurgical and Electromechanical sector, in Portugal, and whether the normative certifications and excellence models are significant contributions towards such happiness and healthy life. The main purposes were established based on such dimensions and it was sought to infer of the non subjectivity of the answers, in order to obtain a scenery as close as possible to reality. A considerable amount of companies were chosen as the set out point, and it has been decided that these would be enquired about this subject. Later helped by bibliographical research, an option would be established rooted in the decisive interference of normative certifications and excellence models (EFQM), in sustainable development for healthy and happy organizations. Four pillars are attributed towards this sustainable development Economical, Environmental, Social and Cultural. The study iscloses this dependence: the normative certifications and the existence of excellence models, contribute for happier and healthier people and healthful normative they lead. One another conclusion, important under the economic point of view is that the companies bet in more certifications and models of excellence to export. Our study also reveals a certain “rainbow-like” tonality for the Portuguese Metallurgical and Electromechanical sector. This sector was found to be well aware of the focused realities the appiness and health of its stakeholders, the importance of excellence models and normative certification. These results show that Portuguese companies of the Metallurgical and Electromechanical sector are aware that such things are fundamental towards exports, and all enquired companies, whether certified or not, revealed to place substantial value on sustainability.
