Abstract(s)
a mobilidade e o anonimato.
raves.
Live music events display an image of attraction behavior every year, mainly in spring / summer seasons. Portugal is stage for these activities. From May to August / September, all events attract the public with artists, best competitive prices and location. These events gather thousands of people seduced by summer festivals. They demonstrate the need for nomadism with freedom, mobility and anonymity. Each event brings much rejoicing, passion, shared experiences. But, at the same time, inside the festival events, there is a dark side hidden from the public. This type of events promotes the grouping of national and foreign people, who become more vulnerable to perverse groups. Consequently, criminal activities increase. The vulnerability of frequent concert attendees associated with the large number of potential victims, and the potential gain that can be earned, benefits the illicit activities of criminal organized groups or individuals. The crime of robbery, drug trafficking, tax evasion, money laundering and others crimes that happens during these events corroborates that this phenomenon has not yet been well understood. This study aims to identify the various types of crimes perpetrated in the context of events such as festivals, concerts, popular festivals, raves, among others, as well as their dimensions.
