Abstract(s)
O preconceito contra pessoas com comportamentos sexuais minoritários continua a
existir na sociedade e possui variadas formas. Esta dissertação procura analisar algumas
dimensões relacionadas com atitudes discriminatórias face a indivíduos com
comportamentos sexuais minoritários. Na revisão teórica, são apresentados os tipos de
comportamentos sexuais minoritários (as suas especificidades e particularidades),
orientação sexual, identidade de género, formação do conceito da homossexualidade,
saúde e comportamento sexual e preconceito e exclusão social de indivíduos com
comportamentos sexuais minoritários.
Na parte empírica foi realizado um estudo quantitativo com 90 sujeitos, aos quais se
aplicou a Escala Multidimensional de Atitudes Face a Lésbicas e Gays. Os resultados
obtidos apontam para a existência de diferenças em função do sexo e idade dos
participantes relativamente ao preconceito contra gays e lésbicas. Por outro lado
também se verificaram a existência de um suporte significativo dos participantes
relativamente a gays e lésbicas.

This dissertation seeks to analyze issues related to discriminatory attitudes toward individuals with minority sexual behavior. In the theoretical review, sexual orientation, gender identity, formation of the concept of homosexuality, health and sexual behavior and prejudice and social exclusion of individuals with minority sexual behaviors are presented on types of minority sexual behaviors (their specificities and particularities). In the empirical part, a quantitative study was carried out with 90 subjects, to whom the Multidimensional Attitudes Scale for Lesbian and Gay People was applied.
