| dc.description.abstract | Equacionam-se neste texto as principais linhas que nortearam os núcleos temáticos do “Fórum Internacionam Ciência, Religião e Consciência”, realizado em 2003 na Universidade Fernando Pessoa, bem como a sua novidade, enre nõs, como tópicos de debate; enunciam-se as principais transformações que vêm afectando o conceito tradicional de Ciência, suscitadas por uma crescente complexidade e de uma reavaliação dos domínios sensíveis da experiência humana. São elucidados os eixos centrais em que a Ciência e a Religião se podem interceptar e interagir, bem como as tentativas de superação entre as respectivas esferas de intervenção. Procede-se também a uma revisão de áreas de conhecimento científico que, na ctualidade, podem desafiar os dispositivos teológicos de interpretação da Realidade e projectam-se alguns novos pressupostos das relações entre os seres humanos e a Natureza. Within this text are equated the main lines wihich have governed the themes of the “International Forum on Science, Religion and Consciousness” held in 2003 at the Fernando Pessoa University.These themes were considered as barnd new topics for debate dealing with the main transformations that have been affecting the traditional concept of science, aroused by the ever growing complexity and reevaluation of the sensitive domains of human experience. A new light is cast on the core axes in which Science and Religion may overlap and interact, as well a on the attempts to go byond the limits of each sphere of action. A revision is also made on areas of scientific knowledge that may nowadays defy the theological devices of the interpretation of Reality and some new assumptions are projected on the relationships between Humankind and Nature. | por |
