Abstract(s)
Incisivo-Molar (HIM) no paciente pediátrico, assim como, analisar as implicações
booleano AND.
perdas estruturais.
Objective: This narrative review aims to examine the various therapeutic options for the management of MIH and to analyze all the underlying clinical implications. It´s also intended to highlight the importance of early and differential diagnosis for the creation of an adequate and personalized treatment plan. Methods: To this end, a bibliographic search of articles published in the databases of PubMed and Google Scholar was carried out, by combining the keywords: molar-incisor hypomineralization, pediatric patient and treatment modalities. Subsequently, 30 articles were obtained using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Covered Topic: HIM is a multifactorial disorder that is characterized by the alteration of the enamel properties of FPM and permanent incisors, making them susceptible to caries lesions, tooth hypersensitivity and structural losses. The possible therapeutic approaches are preventive, restorative, prosthetic and surgical and their selection is made through several factors. In the end, it is intended to achieve good aesthetic and functional results.
