dc.description.abstract	O presente trabalho propõe uma análise crítica dos fenómenos do bullying e do cyberbullying em contexto escolar, a partir de uma abordagem criminológica e da experiência de estágio na Comissão de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens (CPCJ) de Lisboa Ocidental. Parte-se de um modelo integrador que visa compreender as dinâmicas sociais, relacionais e institucionais subjacentes a estas formas de violência entre pares, refletindo simultaneamente sobre a eficácia das respostas atualmente existentes no sistema de promoção e proteção. O bullying é aqui entendido como uma forma de agressão intencional, repetida e desigual, com impacto direto e duradouro no bem-estar emocional, social e académico das vítimas. O cyberbullying, por sua vez, transporta esta violência para o espaço digital, intensificando o sofrimento das vítimas devido ao anonimato, à rapidez da disseminação e à dificuldade de controlo. Neste enquadramento, é apresentada a proposta “DUCAS – Diálogo Útil, Confidencial e de Apoio Seguro: Proposta de intervenção em meio escolar”, uma plataforma digital inovadora baseada em inteligência artificial, concebida para apoiar, sinalizar e encaminhar situações de risco identificadas no contexto escolar. Este projeto pretende, assim, contribuir para o reforço das práticas institucionais e das políticas públicas de promoção e proteção dos direitos das crianças e jovens, oferecendo uma resposta mais célere, eficaz e adaptada à realidade de cada agrupamento escolar, através da integração tecnológica e de uma lógica preventiva e colaborativa.	por
dc.description.abstract	This paper proposes a critical analysis of the phenomena of bullying and cyberbullying in the school context, based on a criminological approach and the experience of an internship at the Commission for the Protection of Children and Young People (CPCJ) in West Lisbon. It is based on an integrative model that aims to understand the social, relational and institutional dynamics underlying these forms of peer violence, while also reflecting on the effectiveness of the responses that currently exist in the promotion and protection system. Bullying is understood here as a form of intentional, repeated and unequal aggression, with a direct and lasting impact on the emotional, social and academic well-being of the victims. Cyberbullying, on the other hand, transports this violence to the digital space, intensifying the suffering of victims due to anonymity, the speed of dissemination and the difficulty of control. In this context, the proposal ‘DUCAS - Useful, Confidential and Safe Support Dialogue: Proposal for intervention in schools’ is presented, an innovative digital platform based on artificial intelligence, designed to support, signal and refer risk situations identified in the school context. The aim of this project is to help strengthen institutional practices and public policies to promote and protect the rights of children and young people, offering a faster, more effective response adapted to the reality of each school group, through technological integration and a preventive and collaborative approach.	eng
