| dc.description.abstract | O enxerto de tecido conjuntivo subepitelial (SCTG) tem aumentado significativamente as chances de sucesso no tratamento de defeitos de tecidos moles na periodontia. Diretamente ligada a esse sucesso está a forma final do contorno gengival combinado ao SCTG, que contribui para o aumento e manutenção do rebordo, redução dos defeitos pós-exodontia, instalação de implantes imediatos, tratamento de recessão, fenestração e patologia periimplantar. Este trabalho teve como objetivo apresentar uma revisão bibliográfica, considerando aspectos gerais como anatomia e morfologia periodontal, indicações e técnicas cirúrgicas relacionadas ao uso de SCTG na cirurgia plástica periimplantar. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema, mostrando suas diversas vantagens e proporcionando aos profissionais da área uma visão geral e contemporânea. Torna-se claro, a partir dos estudos descritos, que o SCTG associado às várias técnicas cirúrgicas de manipulação tecidual deve ser o tratamento de escolha para alcançar um adequado tecido queratinizado na região de implantes estéticos e obter sucesso estético e funcional na reabilitação oral. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Subconective tissue graft (SCTG) significantly improved the treatment of soft tissues defects in periodontics. Directly attached to this success is the final shape of the gingival contour combined with SCTG, which contributes to the increase and maintenance of the alveolar ridge, reduces post-extraction defects, allows installation of immediate implants as well as the treatment of recession, fenestration and peri-implant disease. This work aimed to present a bibliographical review, considering general aspects such as anatomy and periodontal morphology, indications and surgical techniques related to the use of SCTG in peri-implant plastic surgery. A bibliographical research was carried out, showing its several advantages and providing to the area professionals a general and contemporary view of the subject. It is clear from the studies described that the SCTG associated to the various surgical techniques of tissue manipulation should be the treatment of choice to achieve an adequate keratinized tissue in the region of esthetic implants and to obtain aesthetic and functional success in oral rehabilitation. | pt_PT |
