Abstract(s)
O objectivo principal do estudo foi conhecer a percepção dos utentes sobre os cuidados
de enfermagem que lhes foram prestados numa situação de internamento. para tal, foram
entrevistados 8 utentes (com idades referentes a população adulta e idosa) que frequentavam as consultas externas de um Hospital do Distrito de braga, da sub-região de saúde de braga. Assim, foi possível verificar que a percepção dos utentes remete de forma determinante para o domínio relacional (relação de ajuda), havendo também referência ao domínio técnico-científico.
The main goal of the study was to know the perception of patients on the nursing care that had been rendered to them in an internment situation. with that purpose, eight outpatients (with ages ranging from adults to elderly), that attended the external consultations of a
Hospital in braga’s District, of the Health sub-region of braga, were interviewed. it was thus possible to verify that the perception of outpatients forwards, in a determining way, to the relational domain (aid relationship), but refers to the technical-scientific domain as well.
